Happy daddys day. <3
I don’t know why, but I’m so tired today. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I slept until about 2pm. I use to sleep that late all the time, but for some reason lately I’ve been waking up around 9-10 am on my days off work. Speaking of days off work I really wish I had a day or two off during the week to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and to do summery things, the weekends just fly by so fast.
you know what’s a REALLY good song? Say by john mayer. It’s amazing. That man and his guitar have never let me down. Every time I listen to his music I feel so @ peace. Corny I know. John mayer and colbie caillat need to hook up and make babies for real.
I went to the drive in w/ Josephina & jason last night. It had been at least a good 5 years since I’ve been there. My friend Jason told me it’s the largest drive in located in the Midwest or something. Maybe I should start taking more advantage of it only being 15 minutes from my house. I only paid $8.50 and got to see two movies, the hulk and that new zohan one w/ adam sandler? Needless to say it was a good deal seeing how if you go to a movie theater these days on a weekend or something it’s nearly $10 to see ONE movie.
On Friday I officially took off 6 days in late july/early august to hit up five warped tour dates with Ashley. It should be interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever attempted a road trip as intense as this one may turn out to be. It’s going to be sooo expensive, but I assume worth it.
I’m going to see the frantic @ the metro this Friday w/ sam. I’ve never seen them live before so it should be a treat, plus it’s an 18+ show so I won’t have to worry about trampling the younger generation while I try to get my boogie on. The last time I was @ the metro I spent $60 @ the bar. I think I should have known things were going south once the bartender stopped taking my order and just started making a drink for me as soon as she saw me approaching the bar. My liver hates me.
Q101 is hosting warped tour day or some shit @ great America on the 30th. I’m totally hitting that up. The audition will be there. They aren’t performing but I guess they are doing a signing or something? Either way I will be very happy to see them. Especially that skinny little white boy with the afro. I am awkwardly attracted to him and couldn’t tell you why.
